12 The bell for the long break rang in school, as usual, Choo sat on her own quietly reading a book. She saw a guy in their class approaching her and fear gripped her immediately, "hey you!" he shouted at her, she shook in fear, "you think you're better than us? You are always taking your book and acting like you are the best student in the class", Choo stood up to leave, he drew her back with force and she cried softly , "you should not be rude to your elders" he said moving closer to her, "plea-se" she managed to say, "so you can talk, I've been trying to make you talk since you got to this school but you have always been acting like a dumb fool, I know you have been faking it" he said, sweat started dripping from her face, her heart beat raced and tears rushed out of her eyes. She looked at her right and saw Alice, "won't you do something?" Alice asked her, Choo stood looking dumbfounded and scared. Some of
